Financial Guidelines

Registration Fees & Payment Procedures

No Personal Collection

Coordinators may not collect UKEB funds through personal bank accounts, personal wallets or personal payment applications.

Coordinator Commissions & Incentives

Authorized coordinators may be eligible for commissions and performance-based incentives for successful institutional coordination and approved student registrations.

Commission and incentive details are determined according to the applicable coordination policy and are communicated directly through the UKEB Regional Office.

Institutions introduced by a coordinator may be recorded under the coordinator’s profile in UKEB records to ensure proper tracking of coordination activities and applicable entitlements.
